From providing an environment where Hispanics can connect, to offering strategies for personal and professional advancement. HAPA offers knowledge-based programs to help Hispanics reach the highest levels of success and make an impact in their organizations within Xerox Corporation.

We bring together top industry thought leaders, trailblazers, corporate executives and trained professionals, who provide insight, facilitate robust workshops and offer relevant and impactful discussion on the prominent topics affecting Latinos. Our programs are individually supported by the local HAPA chapter President’s monthly and or quarterly virtually or in person. The annual HAPA National Conference is held in person.
