Nicole Torraco

President, FITTLE

 

Nicole Torraco was named president of FITTLE in February 2022. Under Nicole’s leadership, FITTLE has transformed from an administrative leasing function to a growing financial services business unit, and she continues to guide its growth.   

Nicole joined Xerox in May 2018 as vice president of Corporate Strategy and M&A. During her tenure as chief strategy and M&A officer, Xerox closed seven acquisitions, including Vader Systems, a break-thru 3D technology company; CareAR, an augmented reality support platform company; and several IT and managed print services providers. Previously, she spent over a decade investing in stressed, distressed, and event-driven debt and equity securities at Onex Corp. and Babson Capital. Before her work in the investment world, Nicole was at Rothschild and Gleacher & Co, where she advised on corporate restructurings and M&A.  

Nicole earned her Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
