Fred Beljaars

Executive Vice President and
Chief Delivery and Supply Chain Officer

 

Fred Beljaars was named chief delivery and supply chain officer, effective October
2022. He is also an executive vice president of Xerox Holdings Corporation. In his role,
Fred is responsible for leading all supply chain, manufacturing, delivery and field
services.
Fred first joined Xerox in 2018 as chief supply chain officer and led the company’s
global supply chain, procurement, and real estate functions. In 2020, he was named
chief shared services, Order to Cash, Procurement, and Real Estate Officer.
Fred brings more than 30 years of global executive leadership and operations
experience to Xerox, having held many roles in supply chain and customer logistics
solutions. Previously, he was with DHL Express, serving in various leadership roles,
including CEO for the Benelux countries. Before that, he spent six years as executive
vice president of Operations for DHL Express, responsible for all operations in the U.S.,
Canada, and Latin America. In this capacity, he drove cost savings and efficiencies
within the supply chain, integrating and optimizing critical systems and networks while
improving customer delivery performance.
Fred is also the executive sponsor of the Hispanic Association for Professional
Advancement, one of Xerox’s ten Employee Resource Groups
