Kim Kleps
Chief People Officer
Kim was named Chief People Officer, effective May 2025. In this role, she is responsible for shaping organizational and talent strategy at Xerox, focusing on the employee experience and building an innovative, forward-thinking, high-performance culture of continuous growth and innovation. Kim also plays an integral role as part of the leadership team driving the reinvention of Xerox.
Previously, Kim served as senior vice president of people, talent, and culture at Xerox, where she outlined the vision and mission to modernize and elevate the company’s talent, learning, and organizational design strategy. Prior to joining Xerox in 2014, Kim spent over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, where she developed change initiatives, performance and talent strategies.
Kim is on the board of trustees for The Norman Howard School in Rochester, New York. She is a published writer and has authored numerous pieces on organizational performance, building a coaching culture, and best practices for workforce training.
She is also the executive sponsor of the Hispanic Association for Professional Advancement, one of Xerox’s ten Employee Resource Groups.
Kim earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester, William E. Simon Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and Personnel Industrial Relations from Syracuse University.
Kim is also the executive sponsor of the Hispanic Association for Professional
Advancement, one of Xerox’s eleven Employee Resource Groups
