The Hispanic Association for Professional Advancement (HAPA) at Xerox is proud to sponsor the 2015 HAPA National Conference at the Hyatt Hotel in Rochester, NY on September 18 and 19.

HAPA is a non-for-profit organization and the oldest caucus group in Xerox. Since 1977 we’ve been helping to promote professional growth and advancement of Hispanics at Xerox but also supporting the local Hispanic community in alignment with our values. In the past 14 years,  HAPA has distributed over $40,000 in scholarship funds helping Hispanic deserving students with financial need with their college education. As a valuable member of our community, we would like to invite your business or organization to be a part of our conference and provide any financial support to help put together this fantastic event. Part of our activities will include executive engagements, professional development workshops and professional networking with Xerox Senior Executives and all Xerox HAPA members. This year we will select  scholarship recipient (s) from  the Xerox College Students Program. Your involvement would help Hispanics at Xerox get the professional development needed to succeed and also contribute with the education of a developing future leader  and keep our community strong.
